For Nonprofits

Fewer hours in front of the screen. More hours on the work your nonprofit exists to do.

Cut grant application time way down. Pull annual reports from data you already have. Stay in real touch with every donor, not just the top ten, without spending your whole week writing emails. Most of all, free up your executive director to do what she's actually good at. Building relationships, leading the mission, creating the change in the community that the nonprofit exists to create. That's how a four-person nonprofit punches three weight classes above its budget.

What a typical engagement looks like.

I start by spending a couple of hours with whoever holds the most hats: usually the executive director, sometimes the development person, sometimes both on a call. We walk through a real week: the grant cycles on the calendar, the donor communications that keep slipping, the annual report that takes two weeks when it should take two days, the monthly board packet, the fundraising asks that need to go out by Thursday.

Then we pick the one or two places where AI can give you the biggest week back. For most small and mid-sized nonprofits that's some combination of: a grant-writing workflow that pulls from your existing program data instead of making you start from a blank page every time; a donor communication system that keeps you in real touch with every donor, not just the top ten, without eating your whole week; a reporting pipeline that generates the board packet and the annual report from data you're already collecting.

None of it replaces the judgment your team brings. It just stops making you rebuild the same work from scratch every cycle.

Which pricing tiers apply.

Nonprofit engagements almost always start with a Discovery Session ($150–$300, sliding scale), especially for small nonprofits where the budget for consulting is real and every dollar matters. From there, a focused Quick Start ($1,000–$2,500) often fits for tackling one big bottleneck like grant writing or donor communications. If AI is going to touch multiple parts of your operation at once (programs, development, reporting, board communications), we'll scope a Custom Solution together. Monthly Partnership ($300–$600 per month) is for organizations that want me on call over time as new projects come up and the tools need adjustment.
