Then we pick one or two places where a little AI help gives you back a weekend a month. Farm engagements almost always start with a Discovery Session ($150–$300, sliding scale). Small farms pay the lower end. This is one of the places the sliding scale matters most. From there, a Quick Start ($1,000–$2,500) fits for one focused project like cleaning up the bookkeeping or building the customer outreach workflow. If you're running multiple revenue streams (markets, CSA, farm stand, wholesale) and want AI working across all of them, we'll scope a Custom Solution together. And if you'd rather have ongoing support through the seasons as priorities shift, Monthly Partnership ($300–$600 per month) keeps me available for new projects and troubleshooting.
