For Churches

Five hours of your week back, so you can do the work you were actually called to do.

Take one Sunday sermon and turn it into a week's worth of social media posts, a newsletter people actually want to read, and a daily devotional email, automatically, in your pastor's voice, without adding a single hour to anyone's week. Build a visitor follow-up system that actually follows up. Keep the congregation connected to each other and to the wider community, even when life gets in the way of showing up on Sunday. Free up the people who run your church to do the work they were called to do, not the work that piled up on the desk.

What a typical engagement looks like.

I sit down with you (in person if we're nearby, on a call if we're not), and we walk through what your week actually looks like. Not the official org chart, the real one. Who answers the phones. Who writes the bulletin. Who chases down the worship leader for song selections by Thursday. Who panics on Saturday night when the graphic for Sunday isn't done.

Then we pick the one or two things that eat the most hours and build the tools that take them back. For most churches that's some combination of: a pipeline that turns Sunday's sermon audio into the week's social posts, newsletter blurbs, and a short devotional email in your pastor's voice; a visitor follow-up system that actually sends the second and third touches instead of just the first; a simple dashboard for the administrator that shows what's happening across calendars, finances, and communications in one place.

None of it tries to replace the people doing the work. It just stops making them do the boring parts twice.

Which pricing tiers apply.

Most church engagements start with a Discovery Session ($150–$300, sliding scale) so we can look at your specific situation before committing to anything bigger. From there, the Church AI Essentials package ($1,500 flat) is the most popular path: it bundles the sermon-to-content pipeline, visitor follow-up automation, and communication tools into a two-week setup. A Quick Start ($1,000–$2,500) works well for tackling one focused project outside the Essentials bundle. For larger engagements that touch multiple parts of your operation, we'll scope a Custom Solution together. And if you want ongoing support once the core pieces are running, Monthly Partnership ($300–$600 per month) keeps me on call for new projects and troubleshooting.
